Thank you for visiting our comprehensive futures website!

Over the past 7 years I've realized that the commodities asset class is by far, the most exciting and challenging.

Compared to Financial Planning, Stocks and Bonds, Portfolio management, Insurance, Mortgage, Loans and real estate lending, which I've all practiced; the commodities futures sector is the fastest growing segment of financial services.

I've started Three Lakes Trading Company(TLTC) because I strongly feel that this segment of the industry needs trained, experienced professionals who can guide, service and advise investors properly as to their suitability, product selection and allocation percentage in the futures markets. Because of the leverage

employed by futures, risk management is our

foremost concern.

Many Investors have different viewpoints about how to begin investing in these markets. Some investors feel that they can trade their own money online and speculate, some want to day trade, some like taking broker's trading and research ideas, some like to use technical trading systems, and some like to find professional commodity trading advisors (CTA's), commodity pools (CPO's) and public commodity funds to invest in.

TLTC can accommodate and service all those avenues, but the big question is, "Where do I have the greatest probability of making the most money for the long term in futures"?

In my experience and professional opinion, it's selective funds, CPO's and CTA's that have the best chance of long term success and money management. The reason for that is that they trade in big block orders, with a large pool of money giving flexibility and diversification of markets and leverage. Most funds and CTA's will trade with discipline, risk management and discretion using their professional market experience.

Not all investors are suitable for commodity trading in futures and options, even if managed by at CTA. In some cases, managed commodity accounts are subject to substantial charges for management and advisory fees. It may be necessary for those accounts that are subject to these charges to make substantial trading profits to avoid depletion or exhaustion of their assets. The disclosure document contains a complete description of the principal risk factors and each fee to be charged to your account by the Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). Please read through all the risks involved, all applicable fees charged as well as the performance record reading thoroughly the Disclosure Documents of each Commodity Trading Advisor you are interested in investing with.

TLTC puts and emphasis on the managed futures aspect of the futures sector, constantly looking to recruit experienced and proven CTA's/CPO's to offer investors. The traders that TLTC has on its website have passed our strict due diligence and have proven to be among the top rated CTA's. The 3 CTA's we currently recommend you check out on the sites are:

  • Ace Investment Strategists, LLC
    Manager: Yu-Dee Chang
  • Ansbacher Investment Management
    Manager: Max Ansbacher
  • Zenith Resources, Inc.
    Manager: Ed Padon

After doing some research, if you have questions or are interested in opening an account, please call today, 1-800-882-3863.

As for Trading Online and traditional speculation, we welcome that as well! Today, there are many commodities that have wide trading ranges and much volatility, such as:

  • Metals, i.e. GOLD
  • Energies, i.e. CRUDE OIL
  • Currencies, i.e. EURO CURRENCY
  • Financials, i.e. S&P 500

There is much money to be made as well as lost, however we urge you to research our website completely, and you be the judge. The risk of loss in trading commodities can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in commodity trading can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as gains.

We wish you the best!
Happy Investing.

Yours truly,
Justin E. Boshnack,
Chairman

The risk of loss in futures trading is substantial. It is not suitable for all investors. An investor could lose more than the initial investment
